We have identified a turning point in the sporting world. With new technologies and the requirement of sporting leagues to modernize, the strategy is to layer in the ability to scale and create significant new revenue streams. 

KSV- simply stated plans to buy majority active stakes secondary and tertiary teams across soccer and rugby during the initial stage. Second key initiative is to provide the ATP & WTA a one stop platform for the lower tier tournaments ATP 500 and below. We will build their tournament apps, NFT ticketing & social media platform, AI cameras, event campaigns to enhance the offering during the tournament weeks, offer marketplace offerings, sch as gaming, betting, e-commerce for a broader merch selections, increase F&B offering incorporating top tier chefs and restaurants onsite & off-site events, travel packages, VIP packages both onsite, off site and virtually.


Closed Loop Investment Strategy

  • Investing in sport adjacent technology completes the investment loop. Our strategy is to invest in our sport-tech service partners by taking minority stakes in their companies. We are investors and customers to them.
  • We have a seat at the table, enabling us to achieve best results our teams and platforms – by creating our bespoke suite of services.
  • Companies have revenue sharing agreements between sport-tech companies and the event or club. KSV benefits from being on both sides of the trade.
  • The life cycle of involvement with teams and players commences with pre-professional athletes and flows through to major league super stars. Integrating sports technology creates a uniquely scalable business model.
  • Real world examples include the new rules involving the separation of TV media rights and alternate streaming capabilities which incorporate a vastly larger audience beyond TV. Millenniums and Gen Z have turned away from traditional consumption formats and rely increasingly in streaming and they are data driven, attracted to marketplaces and gaming and appreciate effective target marketing.

Kyle Fox
Founding Partner

Kyle has worked in capital markets for over 19 years. Most recently she served as the Global Head of Capital Markets at HIG Capital. She founded the team and led over 60 debt financing transactions globally across their investment strategies including credit, real estate and LBO. She has experience in sourcing and financing deal acquisitions and exits across the corporate, and real estate sector. She has work with private and public companies performing several roles including M&A advisor, investor, lender and borrower. Prior to HIG Capital, she has held various roles including at Lloyds Banking Group, Deutsche Bank and Duff & Phelps. With her wide network she manages and cultivates capital market relationships across a broad array of institutions. She has worked with leading Private Equity funds and has helped launched strong emerging funds. She has lived and worked in Asia, UK and the US. Most recently, she dove into rabbit whole to become an expert in new technologies. which help increase revenue and engagement opportunities.

A native NYer who grew up playing at the Nick Bollettieri tennis camps and played competitively. Professionally she has worked in M&A, Equity research, and debt throughout most of her career, focusing on companies and platforms that were in growth stage or going through a required transition Having lived in three continents (17 years abroad), Asia, Europe and US, she has gained global experience and perspective of global markets

Kyle holds a BA in Political Science and an MBA in finance from Fordham University.
Satish Kutty

Satish Kutty is backed by 30 years of experience. He spent his early years in research, focusing on Analog Signal Processing and Advanced Microprocessors, at Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He continued the pursuit of advanced technology as a Scientist with an Electronics Fellowship. He held senior engineering and technical account management roles, as an early member of Server chipset startup, which was successfully acquired by Broadcom. His contributions spanned from working on emerging technologies and customer facing roles in multiple divisions at Broadcom. He held a senior management role at Supermicro, aligning emerging technologies and working closely with the CEO and SVP of Technology. His contributions spanned across technical, marketing and business enablement roles for strategic accounts. Prior to Supermicro, he was the marketing and strategy consultant to CMO at Applied Materials. Prior to Applied Materials, he was Vice President of Product and Strategy at Redpine Signals, responsible for strategy, partnerships, channel and customers, to drive revenue growth. It was successfully acquired by Silicon Labs.

He received a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from UVCE Bangalore and completed with Honors, an Advanced Microprocessors program from Indian Institute of Science.
Dave Mirynech
Business Development

Dave graduated from the Ivey Business School & began working in private equity and in sports analytics for teams in the OHL & NHL. Dave was the first employee at MLG Blockchain Capital, a firm that has advised on over $20B in digital asset offerings, and later spent time in venture capital where he led over $20M of early-stage crypto/fintech investments.

Dave sits on the advisory board of the Scotia Bank digital-banking lab and collaborates with the Blockchain Research Institute, understanding the intersection between Blockchain & Capital markets. A personable and passionate leader, as well as a critical and strategic thinker with interests in all things business, crypto, Web 3.0, technology, and capital markets, he specifically focuses on sports financing through private equity and equity crowdfunding.

Adrian Bevington
Operating Partner

Adrian is an experienced Football Senior Executive, whose leadership positions most recently included - Director of Football Strategy for a Football FinTech investment company. Previously, he served for 17 years as Group Communications Director for Club England, and Managing Director at The English Football Association, where he led the operational management of 24 England national teams. Adrian has an outstanding network industry of contacts across federations, clubs, agents, commercial partners and broadcasters.

On the FA’s Executive Management team, he oversaw the Wembley Stadium rebuild and opening of St. George’s Park. He secured several lucrative commercial and broadcast agreements coordinating with the FA Commercial Director. He served prominently in five World Cups and three European Championships - where he was directly involved in recruiting the current England Manager and worked with numerous high-profile Coaches and players.

Recently, he founded a sports and communications consultancy and executed mandates for the FA, including acting as tournament advisor and leading all operational aspects for the Euro Cup tournament on behalf of the Football Association of Wales. Other highlights include: advising acquisition bids for Leeds United with Andrea Radrizzani, and the acquisition of Portsmouth FC by Michael Eisner’s Tornante Group. He provides senior executive leadership to owners and the board of Nottingham Forest FC and Aston Villa FC.

Currently, he is part of the Executive Management Team and the Board at Middlesbrough FC and has worked with Pitch International LLP, Dugout and UEFA.

Conducts social campaign designed to bypass algorithms and text marketing which reaches beyond social media. Developing incentivized sharing with rewards programs onto campaigns, reaching beyond traditional agencies by leveraging powerful tech tools that increase revenue. Builds lucrative income streams and develop exceptional, cohesive brands. Founding e-commerce business by creating design to manufacturing and fulfillment.

She led some of the nation’s largest social media tours and events and manages tech savvy live streams.
David Castain

Skilled in strategic planning, brand development, advertising and celebrity talent acquisition. A portfolio of revenue-generating marketing programs driven by a passion for impactful programming, sustainable revenue growth, audience acquisition and retention

Has led visionary creative ideation around interactive consumer sports and entertainment programs and the successful execution of audience acquisition campaigns designed to provide authentic connections between consumers, brands and pop culture. 30 years of executive experience with Major League Baseball, the National Basketball Association and the Florida Lottery. Currently serving as the Vice President of Player Services for the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA), managing contracted services for current and former players, generating over $200 million annually with the organization’s for-profit subsidiary, NFL Players Inc.

The role includes brokering partnerships between NFL players, sponsors, licensees and numerous national and international corporate brands, interaction and connection with over 800 player agents and 200 sports and entertainment marketing representatives representing over 2500 NFL players.

Santos is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in psychology.
